Please note, although we attempt to dispatch all orders the same day when purchased before 12pm Mon-Fri, some orders may take a little longer to arrive than usual due to the extra social distancing measures we’ve put in place.

*Jersey, Guernsey, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and the Isle of Man are a two day service.

All orders received before 12pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) are dispatched the same day.

Orders received after 12pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday and bank/public holidays are dispatched the following working day.



If your customer is not fully satisfied, you may return their order within 14 working days of purchase for an exchange or credit.

For a hassle free return, please follow these steps:

✓ Please enclose this completed form within your return parcel.
✓ You can only return item(s) within 14 days of purchase. Items received not within the validity period will be returned to the sender.
✓ Please ensure the item(s) is returned in its original, unworn condition including the original packaging and all tags.
✓ Returns will be processed within 3 days of receipt at our warehouse.
✓ We recommend using an insured delivery service and retaining proof of postage. DQT can’t be held responsible for loss or damage to your parcel by the carrier.


Items returned for a credit note will only be credited back the cost of the items, excluding any postage costs.
Items returned for a replacement will be charged re-postage costs based on the customer’s preferred delivery method.


Returns are not permitted for wholesale orders.
