DELIVERY AND RETURNS
All dropship orders received before 2pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) are generally shipped the same day. Orders received after 2pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are shipped the following working day.
All wholesale orders received before 12pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) are generally shipped the same day. Orders received after 12pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are shipped the following working day.
Bank and Public Holidays
Royal Mail and our Courier services do not deliver or collect on bank holidays.
Orders received on a bank holiday are shipped the following working day.
1st Class Delivery – 1-2 working days
1st Class Signed For – 1-2 working days
Special Delivery 1pm Next Day – Guaranteed next working day by 1pm
Special Delivery 1pm Saturday – Guaranteed Saturday by 1pm
Courier – 1-2 working days
International Airmail – 7-21 working days
International Courier – 4-5 working days
If your customer is not fully satisfied, you may return their order within 5 working days of purchase for an exchange or credit.
For a hassle free return, please follow these steps:
✓ Please enclose this completed form within your return parcel.
✓ You can only return item(s) within 5 days of receipt. Items received not within the validy period will be returned to the sender.
✓ Please ensure the item(s) is returned in its original, unworn condition including the original packaging and all tags.
✓ Returns will be processed within 3 days of receipt at our warehouse.
✓ We recommend using an insured delivery service and retaining proof of postage. DQT can’t be held responsible for loss or damage to your parcel by the carrier.
Items returned for a credit note will only be credited back the cost of the items, excluding any postage costs.
Items returned for a replacement will be charged re-postage costs based on the customer’s preferred delivery method.
Returns are not permitted for wholesale orders.
