* The following destinations are considered a 1-2 working day service: Northern Ireland, Aberdeen, Northern Scottish Highlands, Argyll, Arran, Orkney, Shetland, Dundee and the Channel Islands.

Rest of the World – Australia, Canada, New Zealand and United States

All orders received before 12nn, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) are dispatched the same day.

Orders received after 12nn Friday, Saturday, Sunday and bank/public holidays are dispatched the following working day.

RETURNS

As a wholesale supplier, all sales are final. Orders are not eligible for return, except where Goods are delivered in error, defective, or damaged in transit.

In such cases:

• You must notify us in writing within 2 Working Days of receipt.
• Where approved, we will either replace the Goods or issue a credit note.
• All authorised returns must be sent to our designated Distribution Centre address. Returns sent to any other location (including our offices) cannot be processed or retrieved.
• Return shipping costs are the Buyer’s responsibility unless we are at fault.
